Ciera & Exodus Family
Hello to all my ballers out there, please follow me for 8 weeks with my Diary.
Monday - Today was my first day of spring break. My teammate Myoshi slept over after our game yesterday. Since we had the day off, my mom set up a personal training session for us. It was a good session we learned new techniques and had a lot of fun. Afterwards we had lunch and drove up to see our Exodus family teammate Rylie and had another workout with her.
Tuesday - Today I was able to rest and get some work done at home. I put up shots in my backyard. I also just took time to clean my room and finish laundry. In the evening I had a workout session with my trainer Eric.
Wednesday - Today I got to sleep in for a little bit. Then I had some of my friends from school come over. We played basketball in the back yard and played video games. It was great to just play for fun and relax. After they all went home I got ready for practice with my Exodus AAU team. Practice was HARD but we got a lot done to get ready for next week at Boo Williams.
Thursday - My mom had to work today and she said I should just rest since we had a busy week. I stayed home and enjoyed my day off. I played outside for a little bit, played NBA 2K and just watched Netflix. In the evening we watched NBA playoff games together.
Friday - Friday was another quiet day. My last official day off so I just hung out at home and relaxed. In the evening I had another training session with Eric. After the session my brother came home to visit from college so we ordered food and watched shows together.
Saturday - Today was media day with our Exodus NYC family. We all got to hang out with other teams and we met the older EYBL girls. They are so talented and fun. I Definitely hope to be as good as them when I’m older. Each team got to take pictures as a group and individual as well as with family. It was nice because it make you feel like how the college girls do when they take promo pics. After media day we were exhausted, but my brothers wanted to go to the gym so I want with them to play basketball. It’s always a fun time to play with them.
Sunday - Today was our last day before going back to school so I had my friends over again. We played a ton of basketball outside, made some fun videos and just hung out together. My older brother went back to college today. It was sad to say goodbye. I had to go to bed early to get back into the usual school/bedtime routine.
