SOUTH JERSEY TAR HEELS
Mary-Kate
Gedaka, an eighth grade basketball player, played in the Super Regional
Championship game on Sunday, May 6, 2012. Mary-Kate scored 22 points, had 12
rebounds and 6 blocks. Standing 5’11, Mary-Kate had great footwork, a
tremendous spin move, and is a very aggressive player on offense and defense. Also, on the South Jersey Tar Heels team,
Maggie McIntyre showed great talent scoring 15 points. At the end of the game The South Jersey Tar Heels
beat their opposing team JKMBA Jaguars.
